Balloon Movement

Here i have looked at how balloons move and how i could make them sound better. The balloons move so gracefully which made me think of the trail and maybe using helium. 

Here i have put some sand into the balloon to make sound but in order to make it noisy you have to shake it and i feel that it wouldn't work on a garment as the wearer would have to move around a lot and there is a greater possibility that the balloons will pop.
