I decided I wanted to put balloons into tights ages ago and so I have done so this then reminded me of Bart Hess' work so I'm going to research into him. But I love these
I then realised that in one of Bart's work he has someone in tights with balloons on to extend the muscles. So I tried it. It was hard to get on my arm with the balloons in.
Connor then decided he wanted a go and this is what he did and it's rather funny.
