I lie how there is a background on these 2 designs.

I like how the previous 2 shows whats in them but i have 4 products, although it might work.

I like the vivid colour on this even though it isn't showing a product

Im just playing around with the effects in premier.
This one i have slowed down each video.

This one i have tried with a compound blur effect and i rather like it aswell im getting less keen on how slow its going though so i might need to speed it up for the future.

Stop motion

Here i have looped one of my stop motion videos and played some in reverce and it looks rather good.

Lables

Here are the labels for the bottles, they have the company name the product name and the ingredients and directions.

Help

Starting to struggle a little with my sculpture, so I'm going to look back at my research and maybe look into others to figure out where I was going and see if I can either direct what I've done somewhere else or figure out where I can go with now.

Little installation idea

After me and Chloe realised we could use the macs we decided to use the stop motion that I had been playing with a few weeks ago. We tried to make the same faces to then place over one another to then create something different and odd this is the out come. 

I really like this as it's different and would look good if it was an installation and people could create their own so that it could be overlaid with someone else's.

Stand

 Once I was happy with the shape of my stand for the point of sale, I added colour, the logo , the umbrella name and the 4 different names for the products. In black and grey I like this design and think it worse well, I need to see it in colour to see the finished piece. 

Experiments

Once we had realised we were in an Apple Mac room we decided to see how/if it would work on an Apple Mac. It didn't work as well as on the iPads but I think that is because on the Mac the photobooth doesn't show on the whole screen it's boarded where as the camera on the iPad you can see on the full screen. 

Design change

I have decided to change the grey on the packaging design to back so that it is more different and unique. I feel as though it will stand out better and that the colours still show well. I now have the problem on to what colour it is that i do my stand.?????

point of sale

I have put together the 3 nets and this is how they have come out. I am happy with this design but i have had to but a square whole in the top of the top net so that the middle piece will slot in, this makes it sturdier. 

Box Net for point of sale

I have decided to go with a square stand for my point of sale instead of a circle one. Here are the nets for it.
This one is for the base.

This one is for the middle to hold the top layer up.

This one is for the top.

Seen as my previous box net didn't work i have looking into cylinder box nets.

Experiments

After looking at the different spaces I could use to project the furtive that we had already made, we got paired up and got asked who wanted to use a camera and/or a projector and that was everyone so me and Chloe thought let be different so we are trying to use iPads to start with to create weird angles and for people to interact.

In these next 2 images you can see that the iPads are at different angles and that Chloe's arm is very distorted and half of its missing. I like the use of the different angles and thought that if some how we could get them to stand up and have a few in a circle then that would be interesting to walk around but we were not able to do that.

However another student said we could borrow her iPad and we decided to lay them on the floor so that the cameras were in different places which ment that each camera would see everything at different angles again. I didn't like this one as much because you had to lean over them.

Here we managed to hat and up the 3 iPads using my bag at different angles to see what it would look like compared to the 1st time with only 2. This worked well as you can see that I have my arms open and the iPads extends my arms. I do still like this idea of distorting the faces.

This is the put together box net from my previous post. as you can see it hasn't work out very well and i need to fix it.

point of sale research

I need to create a stand for my product to be shown (point of sale) it needs to be different and eye catching.

I really like the tiers of this one and i will have a look for some others that are similar.

I like this one but i have thought that i donut like to bend down to see something so i would much rather have something eye level and reachable. Maybe i could have to bottom of this covered with what the products are and then have 4 levels with each of the products on.

I could also just have 2 tiers, split the tires in the middle like my logo, each half has a different product with the name and what it helps with underneath each side. Along the bottom i would have the umbrella name and logo with some information about the product. 

Point of sales

This just doesn't work as my product has writing on the bottom of the packaging so my product has to sit on the box if I were to have something similar to this.

For my point of sale i had to create my logo which was 2 circles one smaller than the other. i wanted to put the 4 colours in to represent the 4 different products. first i tried dotting green colours together and then smudging them on photo shop then doing the same with another colour and putting then together side by side in a shape on photo shop but that did not look good at all. The line separating them didn't work and thats not what i wanted i wanted them to merge together but still have the clear difference in colour.

Here is the 2 colours i have smudged and then placed together.

Here i have dotted loads on the same colour on one side and loads of a different colour on the opposite but making sure that they slightly over lap and leaving minimal white. i have then radial blurred it and i really like it this is what i want as my logo.

I have also added the other 2 colours to the other circle and here i have my logo. i have added a black outline to the smaller circle as without it there is no other definition other than the change of colour, it needed something else.

Face feathers

I have also used feathers to partly cover my face. I loved the colours but I didn't like how they kept going in my face and up my nose.

Face

Like Bart hess and Lucy I have tried sticking some cotton wool to my face. Pressing on the cotton wool felt odd as I could feel where my hand was on my face but I could only feel the cotton wool. I think it would of worked better with some smaller peices.

Infographics

Here is my info graphics, to tell the buyer how to take my product. I could draw some and scan them in also.

Final ish design

Here are my 4 final designs, they may need tweaking later on but at the moment i am happy with how  they are looking. i have changed air to purple as i have decided to have a grey background and air was grey, but purple goes well with the other 3 colours and gives air a colour and is brighter. i haven't been able to get the the umbrella name ele-mental in the same place but i think that they work well with the odd difference.

Going from my comment on the previous post about needing another colour for the background i have tried a light grey and have asked some students which they like better/what would stand out more to them if they were on a shelf. People think the black text with the green strip though stands out best as the text is clearer. I now have to create the other 4 the same way.
